Ikoride is a Kenyan-based electric mobility platform that offers lease-to-own electric motorbikes and related services. We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019 (DPA).
Comments
When visitors leave comments on our site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect and prevent spam.
We may also use a third-party service (e.g., Gravatar) to display user avatars based on email hashes. The Gravatar privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture becomes publicly visible in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors may download and extract location data from images displayed on the website.

For service applications (e.g., bike financing), data is retained as long as necessary for contractual, legal, and financial reasons — typically for 7 years in line with the Data Protection Act and tax requirements.
